At OC Designs, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item

We will provide a replacement or issue a refund for items that are faulty or sent incorrectly.

Non-Returnable Items
All other items are non-returnable and non-refundable, including:

• Items ordered by mistake
• Changed minds
• Personal preference

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except for defective or incorrect items.
